ICT Support Professional (ICTSM)

The training program for ICT Support Professional and Service Desk Professional closely aligns with current labor market demand. In the overview of the top 10 entry-level positions in the ICT market, this role is ranked number 1 (see chapter 13). These positions offer great potential due to the low barrier to entry and high demand. The knowledge and skills developed are generic, providing the participant with opportunities to further develop in many different ICT fields.
