Academy Support Centre & Instructor Training Centre (ASC/ITC)
Since 2018, Fast Lane, in collaboration with SLBdiensten, has been the Academy Support Centre & Instructor Training Centre (ASC/ITC) for public vocational education. We connect VO, MBO, and HBO education with the IT industry and support schools in implementing modern IT curricula, learning platforms, and certification tracks.
Cisco Networking Academy (NETACAD)
The Cisco Networking Academy offers IT and digital networking training for VO, MBO, and HBO schools via an online learning platform (NetAcad). NetAcad identifies and develops essential skills that IT professionals and companies need to succeed in the world of IT. Fast Lane is an academic service center and supports the Cisco Networking Academy through teacher training, events, and important (Cisco) updates, among other things.
Virtually all MBO and HBO IT programs in the Netherlands are affiliated. From the IT sector, we work closely with the Cisco Networking Academy so that schools can easily work with up-to-date teaching materials, labs, and recognized certifications.
In 2025, this was expanded to include the AWS Academy, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This allows us to also support schools with cloud education and the development of skills that align with the labor market.
SLBdiensten
SLBdiensten is the intermediary between the software industry and education. Thanks to a strong negotiating position and a balanced offering, SLBdiensten has grown into a leading software partner for VO and MBO. Within Learning & Certification, we support schools in knowledge development (learning) and in demonstrating skills through exams and internationally recognized certificates (certification).
